# SolarCloud

> SolarCloud lets Australians own real solar panels without needing a roof. Panels are hosted and maintained at commercial host sites, and the savings are credited as cash to any Australian energy account every quarter.

SolarCloud is an ASIC-regulated managed investment scheme (ARSN 612 098 110, AFSL via LLA Equities). Solar is bought outright in a one-off purchase — it is not a subscription, lease or power-purchase agreement. Ownership can be transferred, sold or passed on, and it follows the owner if they move anywhere in Australia. It suits apartments, renters, strata buildings and homes with unsuitable roofs.

Pricing (AUD, per panel, one-off): $129 special offer with an 18-year warranty term (limited units), $139 standard with a 22-year warranty term, and $149 with a 25-year term (currently sold out, available again soon). The purchased term is the warranty term and includes maintenance, cleaning and monitoring.
